  • Consumer Agreement
  • Understand that we are resellers of lamps and are not TV Techs. Some TV models will not take a direct replacement lamp.. A trained technician may have to make a modification to the housing and or TV as part of the installation. Some of the bare bulbs may require you to purchase additional hardware. A new whip, a tiny metric nut, screw etc.. If you order a lamp and decide to return it you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Under no circumstances will we refund Expedited shipping such as UPS Overnight delivery.

    We will try our best to answer your questions but ultimately it is your responsibility to know the pitfalls of your particular model. Call a licensed dealer or technician if you do not KNOW what you are doing. YOU are assuming the risk and we will not be held responsible for your installation.


  • Shipping & Delivery


  • NewDlp LAMPS and LIGHTING reserves the right to use the carrier of its choice when certain conditions apply. Our main objective and goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible. AT our discretion, we will upgrade your shipping if we feel your package will arrive sooner. For example, UPS ground may be upgraded to USPS priority (2-3 day service). UPS 3 day to USPS Express (overnight in most areas).. We cannot use UPS to ship to PO boxes. We also cannot guarrantee the shipping service of your choice will be on time.   • Warranties
  • 1 Year Limited Warranty on Sylvania Osram TV Lamps and a 6 month Warranty on all Philips lamp products !!! To issue your warranty you must have and include your invoice / packing slip in with your return. You will be billed for Shipping and you will need to email all details to bob@sitlersupplies.com. We mark all our bulbs plus test the bulbs that come in. If the lamp tests good we will not warranty it. If we see something that is not normal wear we will not warranty it..

    Within the 1rst 6 months of your lamps life we will offer a full exchange minus shipping when the conditions above are met. After 6 months of date purchased we will prorate your lamp by 15% each month. For example, if your lamp was $100 in the 7th month you would only be credited $85 toward a new lamp, 8 Months you would receive $70.. If you have any questions please contact us.

    Lamps and Housings: All lamps are NEW OEM Osram and Philips Lamps unless otherwise noted: We do not sell Used or Refurbished Bulbs!! However, we do sell refurbished housings and it will be noted in there respective listings. All refurbished housings will include a new lamp / bulb. We do not sell the housings without the lamp.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). NewDlp LAMPS and LIGHTING reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.



  • Store Hours

  • Our Business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MON-FRI. Saturdays 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. UPS does not ship on Saturdays and neither do we unless you get in contact with us prior! Closed Sundays

    All orders will be shipped the same day.... Weather permitting.. However 2 PM is our cutoff time unless prior arrangements are made.
